Feel encouraged, supported and get amazing sleep, all at the same time

Imagine if you could…

  • Have a group of like-minded parents in your corner while implementing a new sleep routine

  • Have time for yourself to relax, watch TV, and spend time with your partner, child-free

  • Have a babysitter or family member put your child to bed and go out for date nights

  • Pick up a hobby that you once enjoyed doing

  • Do more then simply exist, but live

This is why I do what I do. I want families to see the joy in every single moment they spend with their child, which can quickly be extinguished when a child is not sleeping at their best.

Let’s get you from dreading sleep situations to looking forward to bedtime snuggles.

How We Get Your Sleep Back:

Through an interactive 6-week group program that focuses on a step-by-step plan to help your child learn:

  • independent sleep skills

  • to take restorative naps during the day

  • to sleep through the night (when developmentally ready)

  • end early morning wakeups

This will happen through weekly video lessons, live Facebook Q&A sessions to ask your questions, and a community Facebook page for accountability, encouragement and solidarity.

This is the correct group for you if:

  • Your child is under 3 months old by Sept 5th 2022

  • You are beyond exhausted from holding your baby day and night

  • The phrase “sleep when the baby sleeps” has no meaning to you as your baby never sleeps if not held

  • You know you want to start your baby on the path to great sleep for life, but have no idea where to start

In the newborn group coaching program, we will be focusing on:

  • How to begin implementing a bedtime and naptime routine

  • What appropriate awake windows are by age to have your child peacefully drift off to sleep independently

  • How and when to begin the swaddle transition so it doesn’t cause a disturbance in your baby’s sleep

  • Discuss what “sleeping through the night” means for you and your individual child
