This is the correct program for you if:
Your child is between 4 and 6 months old on May 9th 2022
You feel you rely on sleep props such as rocking, walking, nursing to get your child to sleep
Your child is not sleeping for longer than 8 hour stretches overnight
You know you want to start your baby on the path to great sleep for life, but have no idea where to start
In the 4-6 month group coaching program we will be focusing on:
How to establish a great bedtime and naptime routine
What an appropriate nap, bedtime and awake time schedule should be
How to address the dreaded 4 month regression and the repercussions that come from it
Having your child fall asleep independently and stay asleep all night long with no assistance
The program will:
Run from May 9th to June 20th ( 6 weeks)
Include a sleep plan to follow step by step, weekly Q&A’s, and bonuses from other child development experts in a resource library
Walk you through creating a schedule to work for your individual family with a sleep experts advice
Provide support and community in a small group of parents with children the same age
Include one night of text support from 6pm to 10pm EST during week 3 or 4 to ensure you are making progress.
