  • Your child is between 7 and 12 months old

  • You struggle each and every bedtime with your child going down quickly and easily

  • Your child is not sleeping for solid naps and 12 hours overnight

  • You have tried other sleep training methods but you have yet to find something successful for your family

In the 7-12 month group coaching program we will focus on:

  • What naps should look like at this age - schedule, length and how many

  • How to establish or solidify your naptime and bedtime routine

  • How teething and development can interrupt sleep and how to keep sleep on track

  • Having your child fall asleep independently and stay asleep all night long with no assistance
